The people who just went and bought the Windows8 must have noticed the mission start button and here's how you can get it back

• Open Run(ctrl+r)
• Type Regedit

 

• Go  to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer from the left sidebar.

• Double click RPEnabled and change the value to 0

To go back change the value to 1 again
