• The first update will be a 50MB update that and after updating  will restart your device
• Now go into the Phone Update again, you will be prompted for the update again install this too-This will be an approx 500 MB update, it can take a little time depending on your internet speed
• After the phone has updated and restarted will be on Windows Phone 8.1
